The register is the department's licensing record. It does not certify quality, and a centre can be visited between renewals. Concerns about a centre are reported to the District Social Welfare Office, not settled here.

What the statuses mean

Active in force; the centre may operate until the expiry date shown.

Expired the period has ended. A centre operating on an expired licence is not properly licensed.

Suspended the permission is held back while a defect is put right; the centre may not operate meanwhile.

Revoked withdrawn after a finding. The centre must make a fresh application.

Closed the centre has stopped and the licence has been retired. The record remains.
